Earthquake |
Apparently there is a wisdom behind calamities. One of them is quake, or other term is Quake, tremors, or temblor is a phenomenon of a sudden release of energy in the earth's crust that resulted in the scale of seismic waves measured with a seismograph. The higher the magnitude, the more severe shock due to a shift in the earth's crust.
On the surface of the earth, earthquakes appear to form shocks and sometimes shifts the ground. If the earthquake occurred off the coast, the seabed sometimes experience significant shifts that can cause tsunamis. Earthquake shocks can also trigger landslides and occasionally volcanic activity volcanic revive.
However, earthquakes are not just terrible phenomenon. Apparently, according to Hugh Ross, an astrophysicist from the Royal Astronomical Society, Montreal, Canada, there are other benefits generated by earthquakes."Do we need an earthquake? The answer is, Yes, "said Ross, as quoted from CosmicFingerprints, December 17, 2010. "In the absence of an earthquake or tectonic activity, the nutrients needed by living on the land would be undermined from the continent and collected in the oceans," said Ross.
